The shareholders of Panama Petrochem has approved the scheme of arrangement for de-merger of securities investment business of Mobil Petrochem into Ittefaq Ice and Cold Storage and amalgamation of Mobil Petrochem with Panama Petrochem.

This was approved at the shareholders meeting held on 23 August 2008.
