Name of Fund: SBI Debt Fund Series 90 Days Fund-29

Scheme: It is a close-ended debt scheme.

Investment objective: The investment objective is to provide regular income, liquidity and returns to the investors through investments in a portfolio comprising debt instruments such as government securities, AAA/AA+ bonds and money market instruments.

Fund Opens: 29 August 2008

Fund closes: 1 September 2008

Face Value: Rs 10

Investment Options: SBI Debt Fund Series 90 Days Fund-29 offers retail plan with two options i.e. growth and dividend.

Minimum investment amount: The minimum investment amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

Asset allocation: The scheme will invest up to 0-80% in Government of India dated Securities and Treasury Bills and Money Market instruments. The scheme may invest 20-100% in AAA/AA+ Bonds/Debt Instruments. Investments in Securitized Debt shall be up to 20% of the exposure to AAA/AA+ Bonds.

Entry Load: Nil

Exit Load: The scheme may charge 1% exit load if redemption done before the maturity date.
