Aryaman Financial Services to increase authorised capital

The shareholders of Aryaman Financial Services has decided to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 5,00,00,000 to Rs 11,00,00,000.

The shareholders has decided to issue and allot 4,95,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 14.75 aggregating to Rs 73,01,250 to P V R Murthy on preferential basis.

The shareholders has decided to issue and allot 58,75,330 warrants convertible into equity shares at a price of Rs 14.75 aggregating to Rs 8,66,61,118.

This was decided at the extraordinary general meeting held on 06 October 2008.
