Deutsche Mutual Fund has announced changes in load structure of DWS Alpha Equity Fund (DAEF) and DWS Investment Opportunity Fund (DIOF), with effect from 27 November 2008.

Proposed Structure: For each purchase / switch in of less than Rs 5 crore the scheme will charge an exit load of 1% if redeemed / switched out within 12 months from the date of allotment. And nil if redeemed / switched out after 12 months from the date of allotment.

Existing Structure: For each purchase / switch in less than Rs 5 crore the scheme charges 1% if redeemed / switched out within 6 months from the date of allotment. 0.5% if redeemed / switched out after 6 months but within 12 months from the date of allotment. And nil if redeemed / switched out after 12 months from the date of allotment.

There is no change in the exit load in case of purchase / switch in of Rs 5 crore or more.
