The board of TCPL Packaging has allotted equity shares Narmada Fintrade (1,75,000) and Accuraform (1,75,000).

TCPL Packaging has announced that the company had allotted 3,50,000 warrants as per the Resolutions passed at the Meeting of Board of Directors held on 02 June 2009 and pursuant to the special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of all the members held on 02 July 2009.

These parties had deposited 25% of the value of the Warrants i.e. Rs. 13,12,500/-each. Subsequently, the above parties have expressed their desire to exercise their option to apply for 3,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. Accordingly, they paid the balance amount, i.e. 75% of the issue price of Rs. 39,37,500/- each.

These equity shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 02 July 2009.
