Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has allotted 62,945 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 285,35,51,530 consisting 28,53,55,153 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

These shares were allotted by the corporation on 05 November 2009.
