The scheme opens for subscription on December 12, 2011 and closes on December 19, 2011

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has announced the New Fund Offer (NFO) Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series DW, close ended income scheme.

The NFO opens for subscription on December 12, 2011 and closes on December 19, 2011.No entry and exit load charges is applicable for the scheme. The duration of the scheme will be 734 days from the date of allotment of units. The scheme offers dividend payout and growth option.

The scheme will be benchmark against CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.

The fund manager for the scheme will be Kaustubh Gupta.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities maturing on or before the duration of the schemes.
