Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following; 1. The Board sought additional information on the results for the full year ending March 2011 and decided to meet again on August 25, 2011 to consider and approve the audited financial results along with the director's report for the year ending March 31, 2011. During the same meeting, the other agenda points pertaining to declaration of dividend, if any, re-appointment of directors and statutory auditors as well as fixation of date/venue for the Annual General Body Meeting shall be taken up.
