IPCALAB - AGM / Book Closure

Ipca Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on July 28, 2011. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 20, 2011 to July 28, 2011, both days inclusive for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for the entitlement of final dividend @ Re.1.20 per share (60%) which if sanctioned will be paid on or before August 20, 2011.
