IMF Deputy Managing Director Min Zhu believes that the debt crisis in Europe is continues to cast its shadow on global growth, which has now against been revised lower by the International Monetary Fund. He told NDTV that the IMF still sees downside risks to the global growth because policymakers are left with little space in developed economies.
