850,000 jobs created per month; but education key constraint: World Bank

Kalpana Kochhar, Chief Economist - South Asia Region at World Bank told NDTV Profit that India has done well in creating jobs with 850,000 jobs being created per month in the past decade and a reduction in open unemployment. But education is a key constraint in India, she said.
