VK Sharma, Director & Chief Executive of LIC Housing Finance said that they are confident of maintaining NIMs at 2.7 per cent for FY'12 and expect to disburse around Rs 2,000 crore loans to developers in FY'12. On Q3, he said that the housing finance company has made 1 per cent provisioning for all standard assets and has a current outstanding loan portfolio of around Rs 58,000 crore.
